Reporter: please briefly introduce the performance and advantages of insect resistant and anti mite products.

Wang Liming: as we all know, most mosquito repellent products such as mosquito repellent incense, electric mosquito repellent incense, spray and so on are manufactured from chemical synthetic materials and have great influence on the human body, especially children.

The products developed by our company are all made of many kinds of pure natural plants. Our direction is to develop natural mosquito resistant products and home products. The main properties of the products are: natural, long-lasting, environmental protection, safe for human beings. After repeated washing, they can still maintain the characteristics of insect resistance, antibacterial and anti mites, and high strength, breathability and humidity.

Bed mites are one of them, because mattresses and pillow cores are breeding grounds for mites. For this reason, we specially designed an antimicrobial protective cover for mattresses and pillow cores, and applied for a patent and exported nearly more than 90000 sets.

In recent years, many of the more than 10 states in the United States have produced blood sucking bugs in many mattresses, which are extremely harmful to people. It is foreseeable that our antibacterial mattress cover will increase this year.

Reporter: please briefly introduce the comparison between the project and international similar projects.

Wang Liming: we once made a No.#SH 8146053/TX in SGS (Inspection Institute): one is the fabric developed by our company. Before preparation, we made a modified grafting treatment on the polypropylene molecule. Its components were 50% cotton and 50% polypropylene fiber. The other fabric was taken from a pillowcase made of silver coated silver in the United Kingdom. The British manufacturer claimed that the product could be washed 50 times.

In the company, we first washed two pieces of fabric 12 times (dry and then washed), and then soaked in water for 24 hours.

Before washing, we asked SGS to wash 3 times.

The results showed that the acaric rate of the fabric made by our company reached 91.6%, while that of the British made fabric reached 67.9%.

Wang Liming: the road to innovation is always full of hardships.

Polypropylene fiber material has many inherent weaknesses because of its inherent weakness. How to modify materials, overcome their weaknesses and develop their strengths is our biggest task.

We spent nearly 3 years to carry out various experiments. During this period, we collaborated with all enterprises at home and abroad in the production chain. Through the combination of theory and practice, we finally completed the series connection to the whole production chain. This process is not easy, and the product also condenses the wisdom of every enterprise in the production chain.
