What Procedures Do We Need To Export Tobacco?

The production, wholesale and retail businesses of tobacco monopoly commodities, and the import and export business of tobacco monopoly commodities and the purchase and sale business of foreign tobacco products must be followed.

Eighth acquisition

(1) funds that are suitable for the wholesale business of tobacco products;

(two) there are fixed places of operation and necessary professionals.

(three) meet the requirements of rational distribution of tobacco monopoly wholesale enterprises;

(four) other conditions prescribed by the tobacco monopoly administration department under the State Council.

Article tenth. A special tobacco monopoly business enterprise license shall have the following conditions:

(1) funds that are suitable for the operation of special tobacco monopoly commodities;

(two) there are fixed places of operation and necessary professionals.

(three) in line with the requirements for the rational distribution of foreign tobacco monopoly commodities;

(four) other conditions prescribed by the tobacco monopoly administration department under the State Council.

The eleventh tobacco monopoly administrative departments shall issue tobacco monopoly licenses and tobacco monopoly goods and carry out management according to the provisions of the tobacco monopoly law and the regulations.

Applications for special tobacco monopoly business license, import and export business of tobacco monopoly commodities and operation of foreign tobacco products shall be submitted to the provincial tobacco monopoly administration department for examination and approval. The provincial tobacco monopoly administration department shall examine and sign opinions, and report to the tobacco monopoly administration department under the State Council for examination and approval.

To apply for the license of a special tobacco monopoly enterprise, and to operate the foreign tobacco products purchase and sale business in the customs supervised area, the application shall be made to the tobacco monopoly administration department at the place where the enterprise is located, and the tobacco monopoly shall be examined by the administrative department in the locality where the tobacco monopoly is located and submitted to the provincial tobacco monopoly administration department for examination and approval.
